Osso is a contemporary café and restaurant in the borders town of Peebles; created to provide an environment where everyone, individuals and families, is made to feel at home whether enjoying a single espresso or a six course dinner.

Osso, which opened in December 2007, is a showcase for Chef/Partner Ally McGrath’s unique marriage of seasonal local food with the techniques he has mastered working alongside some of Britain’s greatest chefs.

During the day from 10am Osso offers a comfortable venue for organic coffees and teas to be enjoyed with a selection ocf fresh homebaking. The all day menu features soups, risottos, burgers, pastas and tapas. Daily specials offer exciting alternatives, all individually prepared by Ally and his team.

In the evenings from 6pm the restaurant transforms with superb A la carte and fixed price tasting menus expressing available seasonal produce. The accompanying wine list offers a balanced choice of award winning wines from around the globe.
