Osso is a contemporary Cafe and Restaurant in Peebles. We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie/Sous Chef to train and deputise for Head Chef Ally Mcgrath. The perfect opportunity for a Chef de Partie looking to train up to Sous level.

During the day Osso provides a contemporary city-style venue for Scottish/European food using locally sourced game and fresh produce.

Daytime menus offer a mixture of regular dishes, daily specials and tapas, all individually prepared.

The evening menus offer more creative, elegant a la carte and tasting options.

Osso has already been awarded best ‘Scottish Borders Newcomer’, has been nominated in Scottish Chef of the Year Award, and reviewed by the Scotland on Sunday as having some of the best food in Scotland- 04/09.
